Experience a ten-day yoga stay in Thailand with certified instructor Katarína Rašlová, who will guide you through a gentle yet deep yoga practice. Katarína is an experienced instructor (RYT200) with more than fifteen years of practice. She teaches hatha yoga, yin yoga and gentle flow sequences focusing on breath work, quieting and strengthening the core. Her lessons are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
The stay begins with two nights at the 5* Montien Surawong Hotel, a modern city hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Every day you can look forward to one yoga lesson, which will help you find balance in the middle of the pulsating city. During your stay in Bangkok, you will visit the Royal Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, see the famous Wat Pho temple with the Reclining Buddha and experience a cruise on the Chao Phraya River with views of traditional and modern Bangkok. Unforgettable experiences will also be evening markets, street food and the unique atmosphere of the city that never sleeps.
Subsequently, you will move to the sea, where eight nights await you at the 5* Ramada Khao Lak Resort directly on the beach with turquoise sea. Yoga practice will take place once a day, either in the gardens or directly on the beach to the sound of the ocean.
