Entry conditions
Slovak citizens planning a trip to Italy can enter the territory of the country without restrictions. 

The tour is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of CK Pelikán.
The tour is changeable after the conclusion of the Tour Contract by the passenger depending on the conditions of the tariff class of the carrier, accommodation facility, or providers of other services included in the tour. The passenger does not have a legal right to change the tour, except for the change of the person(s) who will participate in the tour, while the conditions of this change are regulated in the GTC of CK Pelikán, part B, art. VI. letter d). Any impossibility of another change of the tour according to the passenger's requirements is not a violation of the obligation of the TA procuring the tour. The passenger may withdraw from the Tour Contract before the start of the tour, while the withdrawal and the amount of the severance pay associated with it are governed by the GTC of CK Pelikán, part B, art. X.

CK Pelikán is not responsible for the change of flight times by the airline after the purchase of the ticket within the same day of departure and reserves the right to change the ticket.

CK Pelikán reserves the right to change the hotel (hotel category and quality will be the same or higher than the category of offered hotels)

WARNING - when booking, it is necessary to enter the full names of passengers as they appear in the travel document. Name change after purchasing documents is not possible!

Important information
The tour will take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. The maximum number of people is 30. The tour will be confirmed 14 days before departure.

Traveling as a group

In case you plan to travel together as a larger group and are interested in a guarantee of accommodation in the same hotel, please contact our Customer Service before completing the reservation, or immediately after creating it for immediate noting of the request. Our staff will be happy to check the current availability of seats for the given date. If the client does not do so, we cannot guarantee the order of the same hotel.

After delivery of the notification from the bank to CK Pelikán about the successful payment of the total price of the order from the payment system, we will verify the availability of all products and services in the order and their current price no later than one working day.

In case all products and services in the order are available at the same price level, we will confirm their successful reservation and issuance by e-mail.

In case at least one of the products and services in the order is unavailable at the same price level, we will inform you about this fact by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. At the same time, we will offer an alternative that will be available at that time. If none of the offered alternatives suit you, we will refund the paid amount immediately.
