Katka combined her passion for sports and the medical profession in yoga practice to help herself and her charges in the fight against back pain. Her personal struggle led her to a deeper view of treatment and prevention through exercise. After completing the course "Yoga Instructor" in Prague, she became a devoted advocate of this art and today helps people overcome challenges and pain, especially in the spine area. Her yoga course is not just about exercise - it represents a path to harmony of body and mind, which she lovingly shares with her trainees.
