1. Green "smoothies" contain a lot of nutrients that stimulate and support digestion. 4. Bananas are rich in potassium, which soothes the stomach. Chia seeds contain a lot of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, which have anti-inflammatory effects. Mix these 2 excellent ingredients with milk and honey, and you have a ready smoothie for a heavy stomach.
