Accommodation is provided in the modern 4* hotel Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort, which is located in the Costa Teguise area, directly on the Atlantic coast. It is also an ideal place for a combination of training, relaxation and comfort.
The stay includes half board – rich breakfasts and dinners in buffet style, offering a selection of local Canarian and international cuisine. During the day you can enjoy snacks or refreshing drinks in bars by the pools and if you are interested, you can also buy an all-inclusive option.
The hotel has extensive sports facilities, a modern fitness center, pools, wellness zone and outdoor training areas. The surroundings are ideal for running, cycling, swimming or hiking in Timanfaya National Park – the iconic volcanic area of Lanzarote.
Every day, trainings under the guidance of Lucia Fajčíková await you, an experienced trainer with more than 25 years of practice and a sensitive individual approach. You can look forward to functional training, circuit exercises, HIIT, TABATA, morning warm-ups, running along the coast, power yoga, stretching and relaxation exercises at sunset. Lucia will adapt the pace and difficulty to your level, so the stay is suitable for beginners and advanced.
