Entry conditions
Currently, no epidemiological measures are applied for travelers entering Spain. 

The trip is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of CK Pelikán.
Once the Travel Contract has been concluded by the client, changes to the trip are only possible based on the fare conditions of the carrier, accommodation provider, or other service providers included in the package. The traveler has no legal right to modify the trip, except for the change of person(s) participating in the trip. The conditions for this type of change are set out in the GTC of CK Pelikán, Section B, Article VI, point d). Any inability to meet a requested change does not constitute a breach of CK Pelikán’s obligations in organizing the trip. The traveler may cancel the Travel Contract before the start of the trip. The cancellation and related cancellation fees are governed by Section B, Article X of CK Pelikán’s General Terms and Conditions.

CK Pelikán is not responsible for any changes to flight times made by the airline after the ticket has been issued, as long as the change occurs within the same departure day. The agency also reserves the right to modify the flight ticket.

CK Pelikán reserves the right to change the hotel, with the condition that the replacement will be of the same or higher category and quality as originally offered.

This trip may not be suitable for travelers with reduced mobility. If you have any health-related limitations, please contact us to verify suitability for your specific needs.

IMPORTANT - when making a reservation, it is mandatory to enter the full names of all passengers exactly as they appear in their travel documents. Name changes are not possible after the documents have been issued!

Traveling as a group

In case you are planning a trip together as a larger group and are interested in a guarantee of accommodation in the same hotel, please contact our Customer Service before finishing the reservation, or immediately after creating it to instantly note the request. Our workers will gladly check the current availability of places for the given date. In case the client does not do so, we cannot guarantee the order of the same hotel.

Upon receiving a payment confirmation notification from the bank to CK Pelikán via the payment system, we will verify the availability and current price of all products and services in your order within one business day.

If all products and services in your order are available at the same price level, we will send you an email confirmation of their successful reservation and issuance.

If at least one of the products or services is no longer available at the same price, we will inform you by phone or email as soon as possible. We will also offer you an alternative that is available at that time. If none of the offered alternatives suit you, we will immediately refund the amount you have paid.
