Every morning yoga with Lenka will charge you with energy, and you will spend the afternoon under the guidance of trainer Nikol, who specializes in calisthenics. We will thus create a perfect balance between relaxing the mind, developing flexibility, building strength and training handstands, while maybe even "flying" a little during acroyoga. And who knows where the joint weekend will take us!

Resort Fabrika Vyhne offers luxury accommodation in industrial style. We will be divided into loft apartments and the main villa, where we will also eat together. Our tastes will be taken care of by a personal cook who specializes in macrobiotic food and will prepare fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner for us. The resort also includes an outdoor workout playground ideal for calisthenics, but also an indoor gym.

In your free time you can explore the Štiavnica Mountains, tajchs and nature trails, or relax in the Water Paradise Vyhne, which is within walking distance. If you prefer a room, just take a book and make yourself comfortable on the hanging net directly above the living room in the main villa. And if you are still missing something, the resort also has a wine cellar with a selection of wines from local winemakers.
