The camp is designed for anyone yearning for a deeper connection with themselves – through movement, breath, regeneration, and conscious being.
Our base will be the stylish hotel Vitalclass Lanzarote Sports & Wellness Resort**** with all-inclusive services, a wellness zone, fitness center, and comfortable accommodation just a few minutes from the ocean. The hotel offers ideal conditions for peaceful relaxation, but also an excellent starting point for exploring the island.
What can you expect at the camp with Kika?
We will start our days with meditation and Yang flow yoga, which will energize, stretch the body, and promote stability. In the evening, we will slow down with gentle Yin yoga and yoga therapy lessons for regeneration and emotional release. During the stay, we will also focus on conscious breathing through pranayama – conscious breathing techniques for calming and harmonizing the nervous system.
The program also includes a workshop focused on acupressure and its connection with Yin yoga – you will learn how to help your body and mind using simple pressure on energetic points. The fitcamp is open to everyone – regardless of age, fitness level, or previous yoga experience.

- Location: This modern wellness hotel is located in a quiet part of the Costa Teguise resort on the east coast of Lanzarote, just a few minutes' walk from the coast and the promenade with restaurants and shops. The location offers ideal conditions for both relaxation and active recreation – including opportunities for cycling, hiking, water sports, and excursions into the island's volcanic nature.
- Hotel facilities: The hotel offers an outdoor pool (heated in October), an indoor heated pool, an extensive wellness center with a thermal zone, whirlpools, and saunas, as well as a fitness center, bicycle rental, and sports activities.
