When traveling to the United States, Slovak citizens, including children, must have a valid passport. American authorities do not allow entry into the country based on another document, such as an identity card.

Make sure that your passport will be valid throughout your stay and also upon your return to the territory of the Slovak Republic. The United States does not require a minimum validity period for the document after the end of the stay.

For citizens of the Slovak Republic, holders of a Slovak Republic passport, a tourist or business stay is possible without a visa for a maximum of 90 days based on electronic authorization ESTA.

On behalf of a child, holder of a biometric passport, it is necessary to apply separately for electronic entry authorization in the ESTA system.

Persons who have visited Iraq, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, or Yemen after March 1, 2011, or Cuba since 2021, or are citizens of Iraq, Syria, North Korea, or Sudan, cannot travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA). In such cases, it is necessary to apply for a visa at the representative office of the United States in the country of residence.

The trip is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of CK Pelikán.
After the conclusion of the Package Travel Contract by the traveler, the trip is changeable depending on the conditions of the carrier's fare class, accommodation facility, or providers of other services included in the trip. The traveler has no legal right to change the trip, except for changing the person/persons participating in the trip, the conditions of which are regulated in the GTC of CK Pelikán, Part B, Art. VI. letter d). Any impossibility of other changes to the trip according to the traveler's requirements is not a breach of the duty of the tour operator. The traveler may withdraw from the Package Travel Contract before the start of the trip, whereby the withdrawal and the amount of the cancellation fee associated therewith are governed by the GTC of CK Pelikán, Part B, Art. X.

CK Pelikán is not responsible for changes in flight times by the airline after purchasing the ticket within the same day of departure and reserves the right to change the ticket.

CK Pelikán reserves the right to change the hotel (the category and quality of the hotel will be the same or higher than the category of the offered hotels)

Traveling as a group

If you plan to travel together as a larger group and are interested in guaranteed accommodation at the same hotel, please contact our Customer Service before completing your reservation, or immediately after creating it to promptly note the request. Our staff will be happy to check the current availability of places for the given date. If the client does not do so, we cannot guarantee the booking of the same hotel.

After receiving notification from the bank to CK Pelikán about the successful payment of the total order price from the payment system, we will check the availability of all products and services in the order and their current price within one working day at the latest.

If all products and services in the order are available at the same price level, we will confirm their successful reservation and issuance by email.

If at least one of the products and services in the order is unavailable at the same price level, we will inform you about this fact by phone or email as soon as possible. At the same time, we will offer an alternative that will be available at that time. If none of the offered alternatives suit you, we will immediately refund the amount paid.
