I am a Nordic Walking, SM system, and Pilates instructor, a nutrition specialist, and also an economist. I have been guided toward sports and nature since childhood. I mainly focus on weekend retreats in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. In my profession, numbers are my daily companions, which is why I spend my free time outdoors in nature—either alone or with a group of pleasant people.
Life led me to Nordic Walking, physiotherapy exercises, and nutrition. I have a congenital spinal condition, a sedentary job, and a seriously ill child, so I had to find a way forward for both of us. I do everything I can to help both myself and him so that we can function normally.

Thanks to Nordic Walking, Pilates, and the SM system, I stay in constant shape and fulfill small dreams and challenges, especially in the mountains where I spend every free moment. Natural movement outdoors is the best thing a person can give their body – suitable year-round and for everyone. By combining walking, breathing, Pilates, and the SM system, I aim to bring out the best for people. Exercising and spending time outdoors has a huge range of health benefits.
