Movement and exercise have been part of her life since childhood. She has been working as a group fitness instructor for more than 20 years. In the early stages of her teaching career, she focused on aerobics, leading dance aerobics, step, body work classes, and also providing personal training sessions in a fitness center.
Today, her favorite classes are BODY PUMP, HIIT training sessions, and FEEL YOUR BODY classes. In her sessions, you can expect high-quality training with an emphasis on technique and correct execution. High intensity in HIIT workouts, variety, and diversity are the defining features of Oľga Bartalská’s classes.
