Michal Ščepko is the only Slovak who successfully completed the seven-month training of the American special forces SEALs. Michal has compiled a special training program MITS for us, which you can find in the online training programs InstaGYM.
This training program is an original concept of exercise, in which you will experience a little more hard work than usual. Training is done only with your own weight and everyone who has at least basic experience with exercise should be able to handle it.
Michal has been involved in sports since childhood. Currently, he has been dedicating himself to studying coaching for 10 years, applying knowledge into practice, and trying to fulfill people's goals in everything related to physical fitness and a healthier lifestyle.
What advice does Michal have for you if you want to train regularly and long-term?
"Overcome yourself! Each of us likes the feeling of comfort, however, getting on your feet and going to work out for a while and doing something for your body is what makes us happier people who are healthier and create a more beautiful environment around them."
