Daniela Dvorská, Mgr. – physiotherapist & freediver
is a lecturer who specializes in professional education in the field of breathing and functional movement. Her approach is based on many years of studying professional courses and seminars, which she connects with practical experience from yoga therapy, movement training, and freediving.
In Tenerife, she will lead a program focused on specially designed exercises supporting optimal respiratory function, restoration of healthy movement patterns, and increasing sports performance.
Her goal is to help participants better understand their own breath, learn to perceive it as a source of strength and stability, and develop the ability of effective self-regulation.
