I first immersed myself deeply in yoga practice during a month-long stay in India, followed by further courses and workshops focused on Hatha yoga. The core of my classes is based on the philosophy of Hatha yoga.
Each session begins with a short breathing exercise, continues with gentle movement and body warm-up, and the main part focuses on practicing yoga asanas. The class ends with Shavasana – final relaxation.
I practice because I want to feel good in my body. Personally, yoga helps me release tension, calm my mind, and always nourishes my spirit. In my teaching, I prefer gentleness over strength, emphasize awareness and listening to the body, and follow intuition.
