I enjoy getting to know the body, mind, attention to breath immensely... Through yoga, I make my world better and through teaching yoga I believe that also for other people.
I am interested in a guide on how to effectively manage life and relationships in love and respect. I am interested in contact with higher consciousness and wisdom. I enjoy observing how we can create the world. What a strong vibration a thought is, how it is possible to change and influence one's life with it. Let oneself be led by life... feel, use intuition, perceive signals, synchronicities. Sometimes I remain in silent amazement from it. It is great how life can change and fulfill when we use yoga tools in everyday living. How our reality changes proportionally with the change of our consciousness and inner clarity. I enjoy healing myself. Psychosomatics, Chinese medicine, Reiki, tantra – all this seems so practical to me that I intuitively bring it into yoga. Connecting various practical directions, information and openness in them is yoga for me. A more comprehensively grasped concept of yoga. I try to develop in it. In Sri Lanka this year I did a 200h Yoga Alliance Certificate, Yoga Teacher Training- Vinyasa Yoga. In India I completed Reiki master training and work with energy is fascinating for me. With humility I open myself to healing myself and supporting others. I studied Ayurveda massage in Sri Lanka and continue to develop in it. I immensely appreciate that I have the opportunity to lead Ayurveda and Yoga Healing retreats in my beloved Sri Lanka, where I have been living for half a year for the second time with huge gratitude.

More about coach
I got to yoga 15 years ago and I am glad that I have the opportunity to use its benefits every day. Yoga means something different to me every year. I feel that personal yoga evolves as a person's identity evolves. Understanding the world, oneself, life, waking up the body, its perception and ability to observe the mind. Yoga was physical movement for me. Gradually it was support for self-confidence, self-worth, inner firmness and strength, stability, recognizing one's own self... It developed my ability to withstand things in life, gave clarity. Through yoga, like everyone else, I found the center, balance, a feeling when we can withstand many situations and understand that everything that comes into life makes amazing sense. It is a fascinating journey of knowing and getting into the depth of being for me. Currently, it is a tool for me to connect with the higher self, with existence as such. How to connect to the healing forces of the universe and creation. It is a teaching for me how to cultivate breath, through it the mind and thus work with energy. It is a tool how to feel and release the body from long-lived emotions. It is a method for me to recognize emotions and manage them. At the same time, how to understand the emotions of people around me, their attitudes and expressions. That is why I like connecting yoga with therapy and exploring the psyche. How those things happen in our mind and body. Fascinating! I have completed a one-year Traumatreatment training and I enjoy it immensely. I think that this information is necessary for us in this intense time.
