Fitcamp in Lanzarote with Lenka Vysna was completely super great....we were an excellent group, with whom I experienced incredibly many experiences, laughter, gourmet paradise and of course I returned so exercised that I have more energy and joy of life...Lenka is an amazing trainer and even when I couldn't anymore, she always managed to convince me that I can do it.... simply it was paradise on earth and I am still in spirit at the fitcamp, I refuse to return to the reality of the gray day and my next bonuses are already heading to the next fit camp.

"She got into sports in an unconventional way, when as a punishment for bad grades she had to run around the block of flats and found out that she actually enjoys running terribly :) That's where it all started and I can't imagine my life without sports anymore.
 
For ten years, she has been working as a trainer of group exercises, focused on strength and cardio. She is a certified Les Mills instructor of Body Combat exercise and Advance trainer of Body Pump and Grit lessons. She constantly educates herself in the field of nutrition, or work with mothers after childbirth and with diastasis.  
Her fitness stays received great reviews from participants who appreciate not only intense trainings, but also the exceptional atmosphere and team spirit. These stays are an opportunity for participants not only for physical transformation, but also for mental strengthening and gaining new energy​.
