For the last three years I have been dedicating myself to training people, which led me to yoga. I studied yoga in Barcelona and subsequently deepened my knowledge in India. I specialize in traditional styles such as hatha and ashtanga yoga. My lessons combine conscious breath, staying in asanas and meditation, creating space for a deeper connection of body and mind.
In addition to yoga, I also teach functional movement, because I believe that balance and connection are the basis not only of physical health, but also of life harmony. Yoga and movement are much more than just exercises for me – they are a path to satisfaction and freedom.
I travel a lot and love getting to know new cultures.
