Alexandra Pokorná comes from Bratislava and has been dedicated to sports all her life. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of Comenius University in Bratislava, where she obtained professional education in the field of conditioning coaching (V. coaching degree).
Since 2007, she worked as a representative of Slovakia in rhythmic gymnastics, thanks to which she gathered a lot of experience, which she enthusiastically passes on today as a trainer.
In her work, she specializes mainly in children – she leads them to movement through general movement preparation and gymnastics. She believes that children are our future and a quality foundation in movement is key for them. In addition, she has rich experience also with trainings for adults, where she focuses on running, compensatory exercises, functional training, correct posture, and regeneration.
In trainings, she emphasizes technique, engaging muscles, and an individual approach. Her goal is to create effective and fun programs that lead to better performance, injury prevention, and overall client satisfaction.
Knowledge in the field of nutrition and the ability to create tailored training plans make her a comprehensive expert who helps clients achieve their goals with respect to their needs and possibilities.
